1. What is the time commitment? The entire program is 90 days long and includes 8 weekly live sessions (60-90 minutes each). You'll also have the option to attend three additional bonus sessions. Everything is optional, but I hope you'll come to all of it!
2. What happens after the program is over? After the 90 day program, you will still have access to all of the recordings, lessons, and materials. Members can re-enroll for a reduced rate of $75 per 90-day session and stay connected to the support and accountability of the program.
3. Will I have access to the materials forever? Yes! You will receive a book and workbook that are yours to keep, and you'll have a login for all of the online materials and recordings for your cohort.
4. Do I need to buy any special supplements or equipment? Nope! There are no special foods or supplements to buy, and your book and workbook are included in the registration fees.
5. What if I can't attend a live session? It's okay, all of the sessions are recorded, and I am available to help you get caught up if needed.
