​In the Jump Start, we first talk about your health goals and begin setting priorities and goals. We will follow that with convenient and effective online coaching to keep you focused and consistently making progress.


  • Wellness Vision Session (90-minute session) then once a week video follow-up for 4 sessions, transitioning to twice a month follow up for 4 sessions.​ $1,500 (9 sessions total).
